“I just wanted to give you a bit of feedback with regards my first BRIGHT event.

As you know I’ve been to other Roadshows as a travel agent and a supplier in previous years so I have pretty good grounds for comparison and I have to say the organisation, efficiency and format for BRIGHT is worlds apart from other events.

I can probably summarise in three words: Professionalism, Quality, Well-Organised and here’s why:

I like that suppliers are encouraged to mingle with attendees at the drinks reception and that there is a clear structure for the evening with a formal welcome and introduction of new members (thank you).The size of group (5 agents to a table) was just right – I think smaller groups work better as the presentations could be tailored each time.

It didn’t feel as rushed as other events, even though I had concerns that 8 mins wouldn’t be enough, it is adequate to get the message across and understand how to follow up with each agent.The quality of agents was exceptional.

The sit down dinner was so well organised with everyone having a table place and suppliers having reserved seats. Unlike a free for all buffet it screamed quality and would have made the agents feel very welcome and valued to be part of such a fantastic event.

The efficiency in dealing with the follow ups is outstanding, I didn’t expect to receive the attendee list and photo’s so quickly and I wasn’t aware I’d have the privilege of sharing the survey information, what a great touch. (Thanks Lizzie) Also receiving the attendee list in advance was a huge help in planning my area visits the day either side of the event.

I’m really, really impressed and I can see how much work and effort has gone into the organisation behind the scenes, it all flowed so smoothly plus for 100% of attendees to say they would be more likely to book through a BRIGHT member is testament in itself.
